New U10s

Hi, I'm the new manager at Milford on sea youth fc U10s. I've been a referee since 2006 and now the whistle has been hung up. I wanted to share my knowledge of the game. Not only to share my knowledge but to adapt a difference. I want the children within our team to understand responsibility, understand the game their playing.
