We are newly formed Edinburgh Rays community baseball club, and we simply love this sport. We are very passionate about what we do and it’s not just playing baseball, we also help local communities and people from different backgrounds to connect and interact with each other through sports activities, so everybody feels like they are part of a big family. And that’s something we are very proud of. As our team heavily relies on the generous support of local patrons, we would love to have YOU on board as our sponsor. Working together could bring both of us a lot of fun and benefits!

If sponsorship is not the right fit for your company, we have set up a fundraiser and would be extremely grateful for any donation to help us cover our extended let for the field through Edinburgh Leisure (2-hour session cost is £38 and we would like to secure the park for as long as it is possible so we can continue promoting the wonderful game of baseball. We are also planning to attend as many tournaments across the UK as possible.

A little bit more about us

We are Edinburgh co-ed community baseball club offering free baseball sessions to everyone aged 16 and over. Anyone can join us, regardless of gender or experience in the sport. Our club started in November last year and has been growing very successfully ever since.

Our idea is to help local communities and people from a variety of ethnic, cultural and social groups interact with each other through sports activities. Baseball in this case. Our members come from many professional backgrounds and share their experiences on the field. We even have a former athlete running our warm-up and the fitness part of training. The atmosphere during our baseball sessions is very friendly and extremely supportive between beginners and the more experienced members. Our numbers have grown so we believe this is the time to ask for your help.

All our equipment has been donated to the club by the generosity and kindness of Edinburgh local community as well as other parts of Scotland and the rest of the UK. We have had people bringing equipment to us all the way from the United States.
