Bristol Fencing Club

Welcome to the website of the Bristol Fencing Club. The BFC has been running for over 60 years and is the largest club in the Bristol area. It caters for fencers of all levels of ability and offers the possibility of fencing foil, epée or sabre. The club also has dedicated coaches proficient at training in all three weapons.

The BFC is affiliated with the British Fencing Association.

The club fences at Cotham School. However occasionally, due to clashes in the School calendar, we fence at The City Academy over the Summer months. This will always be clearly indicated on our calendar, but if in doubt, please get in touch with a member of the committee.

We currently meet from 7:00pm to 9:45pm on a Monday evening and 7:30pm to 9:30pm on a Friday evening.
