Lee Dollard Sprinter/Coach

I currently compete in 100m and 200m. I previously competed at a high level, however, I had to take some time away from the sport due to mental health reason. Specifically, being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. After a few years away to learn about myself and my diagnosis, I am back to hopefully fulfil my potential. Or at the very least, enjoy competing in the sport I am passionate about. I began training again in April 2020, and managed to compete after 4 months to clock 100m in 10.83seconds. My aim for this coming season is to run much faster than that.

Alongside my own training, I am currently gaining knowledge through athletics coaching qualifications and coaching promising youth sprinters with my experience in the sport and battles with mental health. I endeavour to not only take myself back to the highest level possible, but to guide these young men to even higher levels than I could reach.
