Liverpool University Skydiving Club

The Liverpool University Skydiving Club is a student led society that is associated with Sport Liverpool. We encourage students to get involved in the sport through providing several static-line training courses in each academic semester.

We aim to transform skydiving from a weekend activity to a competitive sport for many of our members, and so we are currently developing a formation skydiving team to compete in the British Collegiate Parachute Association competition league.

The financial expense of the sport is the main obstruction to many of our students, and our prime objective is to raise enough money to be able to further subsidize this for those who are passionate about skydiving.

We regularly visit Skydive Northwest, located in the Lake District, where each of our members works towards their respective skydiving qualifications, as awarded by the British Parachute Association.
