Cardiff Cossacks FC

The beginning of a new era. Cardiff Cossacks Sports & Social Club was founded in 1974 with a host of sports being played from Rugby to Football, Cricket to Baseball and Skittles to Darts and a number of other sports along the way, unfortunately, all teams disbanded because of financial difficulties in the late 1980's.
In 2012 we decided to start the football team up again and so were re-formed. A few players from the Park Cons Club in Cardiff joined up with a few players from Park Rangers, who were an existing team playing in the Sunday league, as the club were experiencing difficulty fielding a team to compete every week in the league and very nearly disbanded but the team was saved and eventually players from the Park Cons Club took over the team and so were renamed Cardiff Cossacks FC and played in Division Two of the Sunday league..
Cardiff Cossacks Football Club were promoted to Division 1 after finishing the 2014/15 season in joint 3rd place.
We spent the next two seasons, 2015/16 and 2016/17 in Division One and in the 16/17 season finished fourth and were promoted to the Premier Division for the first time and now currently play in the Premier Division.

The players fund their own kit and equipment from footballs to training gear and pay for the every week running of the club from paying subscriptions.
