Why not come down to our training sessions and give this a go*. It's a great life skill and is also lots of fun, as well as being amazing exercise. All fitness levels are catered for, there's no pressure and it gives you a great sense of achievement. Give it a go for free in September 2025

6:30pm - 7:30pm - 4 yrs - 11 yrs (advanced class)
7:30pm - 08:30pm - older junior children and adults
Sunday 10:00am - 11:00am - 4yrs - 11yrs
11:00am - 12:00am - older junior children and adults
