Sponsorship Notice

We are Sturton Judo Club, a community based, not for profit, judo club based in the village of Sturton by Stow, serving the community. We welcome everyone to our club, we train 2 - 3 times a week and have a healthy membership of all ages and abilities. However, we now need to replace our training mats which are 15+ years old and at the end of their life-span. At a quoted cost of over £9500 it is a huge sum for a club that keeps membership to a minimum - between £20 - £25 a month for up to 4 - 6 sessions a week for children. We are fund raising at pace but desperately need sponsorship or donations to help this, vitally needed, long established (34 years) club to keep going to promote and support the health of our community.
